Role Description:

As a Software Developer at TSA, you’ll design and develop smart software solutions in Delphi. Often, these are complex applications that play a crucial role in the business operations or workflows of our clients. You’ll work independently or collaboratively on a variety of challenging projects, all tailored to client needs. Most of the time, you’ll work with your colleagues from our Delft office, but you’ll also have the chance to visit clients on-site to see the software in action!

Requirements

Ideal Profile for a Senior Delphi Developer:

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking, preferably in (technical) computer science.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and are skilled in Embarcadero RAD Studio/Delphi.
• You have a strong command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• You take initiative, are resourceful, and enjoy taking the lead within a team. You’re responsible and appreciate the opportunity to grow further in that role.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, or PHP is a plus.
